Description
feaglet specializes in manufacturing and supplying high-end smartphone repair parts. In the realm of iPhone touch panels, feaglet is dedicated to providing the finest touch experience for mobile repair businesses worldwide. Our original series touch digitizer are globally recognized as the benchmark of excellence in the industry
Product features:
-Using original materials (ultra-thin 50 μm touch film layer):
Transparency ≥92%, ensuring overall screen brightness and slimness. After being applied to the screen, the off-screen state reflects the LCD's original colors without displaying blue reflections. When the screen is lit, there is no optical dispersion, and it still displays a complete full-angle view under the polarizing film.
-Original black edge protection process:
Locks out line interference and ensures long-lasting and stable touch control. At the same time, it provides a larger viewing window for secondary repair and replacement of the screen.
-IPS high pressure membrane:
The high-pressure IPS anti-reflective film coating process is used on both sides to ensure that the touch film has stronger resistance to oxidation and light interference, providing a super long service life for the touch. It also allows the touch to replace the glass panel multiple times.
-Single layer double-sided photolithography
10 μm* 10 μm lines ensure the accuracy of touch control. Compared with 20um wiring products on the market, the touch accuracy is improved by 100%. At the same time, the single-layer G+F process is thinner overall and the touch sensitivity is increased by more than 50% compared to the traditional G+FF process.
-3um silver ion bonding:
The industry's top 3um ACF is used to bond the circuit to ensure that each pin has strong and even distribution of ions, so that the touch will not suffer from disconnection and aging during long-term use.
-High-end rolled copper Flexible cable:
Flexible cable uses the most ductile rolled copper process so that it can be folded repeatedly, which greatly improves the fault tolerance rate during product use and further enhances product use efficiency.

Guide&Note:
-Please test before fitting (IPX, XS, XSMAX have special test fixtures)
How to test, please see the link for video
-It is prohibited to fold or pull the flexible cable before completing the LCD bonding step.
-Please handle the work surface clean and do not squeeze the functional film layers (do not stack them)
-During the welding process, please pay attention to the temperature of the hot air gun not to be too high and control it at around 200℃. Also, be careful not to keep heating the flexible cable. High temperature will cause the flexible cable to deform and lose its function.
-When soldering IC, please make sure that the IC base has been cleaned. Residual glue and excess tin may cause soldering failure and short circuit.
-Laminating machine laminating parameters: 2 atmospheres (0.2Mpa),Temperature: 25℃-30℃ (room temperature)
-Defoaming step: room temperature (25℃-30℃) , 6 atmospheres (0.6Mpa)
-After the fit is complete, please check the touch again before installing the frame
-iPhone X& XS & XSMAX need to weld 3D, please check the previous tutorials for details.
-During the frame installation process, be careful not to apply glue to the interface between the flexible cable and the functional film. Try to use a fine needle to avoid the glue touching the functional film.
FAQ:
-It was fine when tested, but broke after installation.
Since the original material is very thin and brittle, please follow the instructions before testing before installation. Do not fold or pull the flexible cable to avoid invisible cracks in the functional film layer, which may cause normal test function but no function during installation.
-A few days after I installed it, the screen stopped working. The screen jumps, or half of it doesn't work
Since this product is a semi-finished product, subsequent work such as frame installation by a mobile phone repairman is required.
So feaglet reminds you
- After finishing attaching the LCD, please do not install the frame immediately. Test the screen first and then install the bracket after there is no problem.
- Frame glue will gradually expand and become larger as it solidifies. Once again, please do not apply glue in large amounts or very close to the functional diaphragm and the interface between the flexible cable and the diaphragm. When the glue is completely solidified, its volume will expand and increase, squeezing the functional diaphragm and causing line failure. A short circuit will cause the screen to jump, and squeezing the interface may cause the interface to be disconnected and half of the functions will not be touch.
